Upgrade stalwart-mail.exe, lost admin login

I had stalwart v0.8.2 running on Windows in an offline environment with no internet connection.
Webadmin was working by using a local webadmin.zip that I was pointing to in the config.toml: config.resource.webadmin = "file://c:/stalwart-mail/webadmin.zip"

This was working until I tried upgrading to v0.10.5 by replacing the .exe with the latest version, and now I can no longer login to the webadmin with the admin account. I have even tried a fresh install of the new version, but with the same result. I have even replaced the webadmin.zip with the latest one online.

Error is:
On the login page, after entering admin credentials and clicking "Sign In", the error appears:
Failed to deserialize response
data did not match any variant of untagged enum Response

I would love to get this to work. I have been trying all day.

Thanks. Unfortunately, those instructions don't work perfectly for an offline server. I tried moving the new webadmin.zip first, stop/starting the app, reloading the page, then replacing the binary with the 0.10 .exe, but the same errors occur.

I was able to get stalwart 0.9 installed on windows server, this at least works as a working mail server for domain clients. However, the webadmin "Logs" page does not work. It shows "Failed to deserialize response", "data did not match any variant of untagged enum response".
The actual log file continues to be written, so I hope it is just an admin UI-only bug.

I have resolved my own issue, by standing up a new stalwart on a debian linux vm. But the windows binary still does not work on an offline windows server 2019. I think the issue is a possible bug with the windows binary, or lacking documentation for the upgrade process using a server on a domain that is not internet connected.
