It this software running inside your network? If it is then configure it to use the SMTP submissions port instead (you'll need to create an username and password for your software), this way you can avoid the SPAM filter.

Hello,
I am currently trying to receive emails from an invoicing programme. However, these are always recognised as spam and therefore do not end up in my inbox.
In addition, I am unfortunately unable to access the JunkMail folder from Thunderbird.
In Stalwart, under ‘Queues > Reports’, I have found an entry for the domain from which I want to receive the invoice.
I saw the following info there.
I have also tried adding the domain and the sender domain (amazonses.com) to the Trusted List. However, this did not work.
Can anyone help me so that I can generally activate domains system-wide or that I can access the junk mail folder?
