sieve not working

We set up the sieve script as above, saved it, and reloaded it.
Send an email via mailgun stmp relay.
The mail sends successfully, but the sieve script doesn't seem to be applied.
What should I do?

Thanks. I've tried following the documentation but it is vague to me - perhaps I'm slow. The documentation states "The session.data.script attribute in the configuration file specifies the name of the Sieve script to be executed". What configuration file? There's a configuration file at /opt/stalwart-mail/etc/config.toml (Ubuntu install) but there's no attribute named session.data.script.

How do we use the webadmin to modify this setting? I've added the script to Settings > Scripting > System Scripts but it has no effect. How do I add it to session.data so it's "active"?
