WORLDLINE-R resampler code and license

Hi!

We have packaged OpenUtau for NixOS/nixpkgs and although it works fine, we currently have the package marked as unfree and non-redistributable due to the inclusion of the prebuilt libworldline.so, libworldline.dylib and worldline.dll files. We have the following questions to be able to fully clarify this situation:

1. Is the C++ source code for the WORLDLINE-R files available anywhere?
2. If no source code is available, is there a license available governing the use of the prebuilt WORLDLINE-R library files?
3. If there is no license, does the NixOS project have explicit permission to redistribute libworldline.so and libworldline.dylib in our prebuilt packages? (which are primarily uploaded to https://cache.nixos.org/ but may also be distributed via other official project channels in the future)

Looks like this has been answered by 8b1d8b3, which clarifies that the prebuilt WORLDLINE-R files have no source code but are considered redistributable as part of the MIT license
