is this unblock WhatsApp voice call when using SSH+Proxy?

The problem is WhatsApp voice use UDP but SSH App only support TCP.

Do you want to use this App in which country and what is your Internet provider company?
If UDP ports are open in your country target, you should add UDP traffic to this and I don't know support by SSH or not?
But Socks supports UDP/TCP very easy.
