Automate deploy/vx.y.z tag creation on releases #30

Ideally it would be done by a workflow which:

  • gets triggered by a regular vx.y.z tag creation
  • makes a commit which updates the default image tag in deploy tool (such that it's not necessary to provide it twice at invocation)
  • tags this commit with deploy/vx.y.z
