Extend ViewBuilder to accept more then 10 parameters

10 parameters isn't that much for desktop interfaces when Divider and Spacer are used. And when you pass 10 items limit you get so cryptic compile error message that it takes time to understand what's going on. Would be great to be able to build out of at least 20 items.

Thanks for bringing up this limitation of SwiftCrossUI. I've bumped the limit up to 20 items for view and scene builders in PR #200. I haven't merged the PR yet because I want to look into ways to mitigate the increase in binary size before I commit to having a limit of at least 20 forever. I'll be away until around the 11th of July, but I'll try to get some sort of solution merged once I get back.
