Check the metadata

This is a follow-up from a call we had today. We should make sure that the metadata, including:

• the license
• the logo
• the support contact
• the authors (Stacklok or The Toolhive community)

all match what we want them to say.

@jhrozek The metadata is in, just did a straight mirror of what was already existing so that full history and current state was intact. As you indicate a review is likely in order, and the default build location needs to be updated accordingly as per #2

I asked our marketing folks for the help reviewing the following:

• the icon
• the publisher
• the links
• the maintainer addresses

I'll update this issue or just raise a PR as soon as I hear back. I went through the metadata files and didn't see anything that would strike me as needing brand checking, if you can think about anything else, feel free to add that to the list.

tl;dr we have some links to fix, but nothing major, working on a PR now.
