Add `assume-yes` to config

Problem description

I'm not sure if that's just the "standard" way that other cloud provider CLIs also follow.
But I don't always want to be prompted to accept every action, additionally I also don't want to always include --assume-yes or -y to my commands.

Proposed solution

Add assume-yes to the config to allow globally setting it.
