Describe the bug

When you click on create a repository it does not open the dialog box as required.

Steps to reproduce

main dashboard
click on create a repository

Expected behavior

a dialog box should pop up then you can create a name and make it private or public.

Parity with Local

• I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
