Describe the solution you'd like
In summary, what is requested can be two things. When a card is being reviewed and there is a link to a note or PDF inside, it is possible to:
By clicking on the links, said file can be opened, either in
A new tab
It can also be in the side panel
A pop-up window
As well as this, there may be more ideas, my suggestion for this case is that before creating the card, a line is created with a "Link to a block in a note" so that clicking there redirects to that block of the note.
By hovering over the link and holding the Ctrl/cmd key, a preview can be made, of This note can be used for this:
The one that comes in Obsidian by default My suggestion is to use hover editor, since that plugin allows you to edit right there.

Love this, would seriously make my workflow so much smoother! btw, you can edit preview popups in place now with Obsidian 1.7 without needing to use the hover editor.
