How to compile installer_source_*.cc?

Hello. I'm looking for a Makefile or instructions that I can follow to compile the cc's.

Since they include selfdrive/ui/qt/setup/installer.h, I'm guessing the file needs to be somewhere in selfdrive/ui/installer/? And maybe there's something in SConscript?

I'd appreciate it if you can write it out.
