Hi, I am setting up this repository on my local environment, after making sure I have the exact dependencies when I run python w2v.py it is throwing me the following error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'numpy.random.bit_generator'

Can you specify which versions of Scipy / Scikit-learn are required?

I am on Windows 10
