Have Privy scan entire codebase/workspace

Cody AI does this and is very useful. To scan the entire workspace and not just a single file at a time.

Would like to see Privy do this since Privy is a FOSS AI extension unlike Cody AI.

This is also a feature request for Rubberduck, the project Privy is a fork of
lgrammel/rubberduck-vscode#31
