There are a lot of policies and it's hard to tell what some of them do if you aren't one of the people developing them.

Part of the reason is that the tools they are part of need or have their own repo, which is where they should go. Should look into reducing how many are in there in the future.

Also, I kind of want to stop calling them policies and instead call them filters or something else.
