Deno TLS issue

I've found out a way to reproduce this issue from the user who opened the ticket in our discussions page.

Next steps to understand what's wrong:

• can't reproduce this issue in commonjs, just in projects with type: module
• is it platform specific (windows)?
• is it a certificate mismatch?
