Incorrect brightness when using the resume game on boot feature #727

Hello,
the brightness of the screen seems to be reset to default if the game is loaded automatically when turning on.
In my testing, my backlight is set to 0 and contrast is set to 5, which results in a very low brightness. Changing games, or turning off and on from the main menu keeps these settings. However, when turning off and on while a game is running, the brightness appears to be closer to a 5/10 in backlight and 10/20 in contrast. When exiting the game, the brightness returns to the custom settings.
