We are a small team of researchers and developers working across Europe and Asia on new blockchain consensus protocols, platform infrastructure and applications.

We are currently working on 2 projects

1. Verified blockchain : this project is to create a public blockchain infrastructure using a new consensus mechanism and that uses containers (think of docker runtime and other lighter weight variants) as run time hosts for nodes and a DHT as its underlying network. The objective is to create a public, robust, secure, scalable and high performance platform.

2. Verified payments : this project is to create a multi-currency stablecoin that can be used for payments on blockchain platforms. Unlike public blockchain platforms like ethereum that require paying costs (like gas costs) in assets (like ether) that are designed to appreciate in value, we think costs for using blockchain platforms should be in a stable currency that does not appreciate in value and that high costs of using public blockchain infrastructure should not deter usage. The current repo has the first implementation in solidity since we want to test the design of the stablecoin on existing public blockchain platforms like ethereum.
