I owe so much to the open-source community, and I owe it to the community to make my own contributions.

During my 25 years in the industry, software development has changed dramatically. From mostly depending on paid, often quite expensive products; to today; where the best options are made available as free open-source software.

My latest, and by far the most serious undertaking, is development of "go-dom", a headless browser for Go, ideally suited to work with the Go/HTMX stack. I strongly believe this could become a useful tool, part of the standard toolbox of every Go web developer. But there's still months of work before this can even reach a level of usability.
