A bit about me:
Over the last 15 years I've had opportunity to build and lead a technical team for three insurance companies and multiple MGA's collectively responsible for a cumulative $1 billion in customer premiums. Consistently maintain focus on growth opportunities by using the technical insights to drive business decisions, enabling data insights to fine-tune the decisions process, and hiring excellent talent to drive operational efficiency. Prior to my role as Vice President, I managed a team that built a 24/7 payment system using AWS that added additional $1 million+ in revenue in year 1 and is still growing. I've worked with our largest direct customers to enable direct integration that generated another $1 million+ of new business in just few months post activation. I've lead initiatives to find out what our agents needed and adjusted company processes for "optional" documents to go paperless and save millions in postage. I've lead the development of new D2C brand and created a technical backbone for the future growth of the business. Throughout my career I've created and led technology organizations and shared services organizations and implemented a variety of best processes for market-driven growth and operational excellence.
