Hi, I'm Frederico Liporace, living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I'm CTO @ AMS Kepler, a company that develops image processing software for satellite ground stations. We developed the software currently in use by INPE to process CBERS and Amazonia missions' data. I also work on initiatives to bring this data to the cloud.

The main purpose of the sponsorship is to fund cloud computing resources used to transfer CBERS and Amazonia imagery to the cloud, convert it to cloud friendly format (COG) and provide a indexing service (STAC). The funding will not be used for my working time on these projects, this is my and/or my company personal investment.

Cover the current cloud costs to transfer and process CBERS 4 (MUX, WFI, PAN5/10) and CBERS 4A (MUX) imagery; keep the public STAC service endpoint up.
