Bundle the arm64 git for apple silicon

Currently Git for Unity will install git from the latest release of https://github.com/github-for-unity/dugite-native which only has the x64 git for mac. However, that repo is a fork of https://github.com/desktop/dugite-native which has an arm64 git build for mac. Probably a simple sync to latest and ensuring we're grabbing the correct binary in the git installation logic.
