Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Running the workshop Improving MTTR w/ Custom Tags ideally needs details around what type of Access token you need to create for the workshop.

eg. Ingest and Access token.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add detail into the Note which talked about where to get your access token around creating a new access token and making sure what type of token, eg access and ingest token.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are a few steps in this lab which appear to be written because we are running a hosted workshop vs a self service workshop.
