[FR] Enable/Disable block per site

It would be great if blocks could be enabled/disabled per language (site). Although we generally have the same content for each language, it would sometimes be very handy to be able to deactivate one or the other block for a specific language.

Is something like this planned or already possible?

No plans for this in the short term, but it does make sense to allow this.
