The definition of the table columns can be found in the Explanation of SPDX License List Fields section on the License List Overview webpage.

That link gives a 404 error. The explanation of fields appears in https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/blob/main/DOCS/license-fields.md but I'm not seeing if or where publishes outside that repo. There are additional spdx.org vs .dev and license table publication oddities I'm stumbling into from the accessingLicenses.md, but I think they're captured in #186

Thanks @tpepper-gov for reporting this. Looks like this has gotten out of date.

I don't think there is a complete equivalent to the source - it was the original description of how to access the license list data several years ago. That being said, there are several markdown files in the license list XML that covers some of these topics.
