Permission table not found when running phpunit

I've set up this plugin in our project. But unfortunately, I'm recently facing issues when trying to run phpunit, both locally and on Gitlab CI. The message I'm getting :

Illuminate\Database\QueryException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'app.permissions' doesn't exist (SQL: select id, id as i, name as n, guard_name as g from permissions)

could you create a minimal Laravel app that demonstrates the issue? Or maybe create a failing tests for autors to look at? example

You didn't run migration for test

laravel-permission/tests/TestCase.php

I've identified the issue by adding

use DatabaseMigrations;

in my class.
