Debian 등 Push Trigger로 동작하는 패키지들의 경우 오랫동안 Push Trigger가 오지 않아도 dashboard에서 패키지가 싱크된 것으로 나오기 때문에 확인하기가 어렵습니다.

Push Trigger가 일정 기간 오지 않을 경우 Sync Fail로 상태를 바꾸는 기능이 필요합니다.
