Privacy policy should mention 3rd party data sharing

Wizden servers share user information with Discord and IPIntel. Both should be documented on the privacy policy.

(I'm not the in charge of the privacy policy, so this is just my opinion)

Ipintel is currently disabled on wizden (in fact as of writing this the code has not even made it's way to the servers) but the plan was to update it before it gets activated in the first place.

Also the only thing logged to discord is ahelp conversations and nothing more. I'm not sure if that's worth mentioning.
