Description

See title. Should be easy enough to port them over from SS13.

Desired behaviour:

  • Dark red when being constructed (intended for multi-step construction)
  • Blinking green when on standby
  • Blinding yellow when action performed and on cooldown
  • Blinking blue when occupied by player
