PII comparison tool

It should be possible to easily compare PII without having to do it manually. The best way to do this is probably to have an account search tool that you can give a GUID to and tell it to search for other accounts with matching IPs or HWIDs or something.

The internal WizDen alternate account finder could be helpful for inspiration. Ping me on discord or something for info about it if you aren't familiar with it and are planning on resolving this issue
