Build(deps): Bump glob and npm

Removes [glob](https://github.com/isaacs/node-glob). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [npm](https://github.com/npm/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `glob`

Updates `npm` from 10.8.1 to 11.6.3
