feat: rename CodeContextBench → CodeScaleBench (ccb_ → csb_sdlc_/csb_org_)

Project renamed from CodeContextBench to CodeScaleBench with two sub-benchmarks:
- CodeScaleBench-SDLC: ccb_{suite} → csb_sdlc_{suite} (9 suites)
- CodeScaleBench-Org: ccb_mcp_{suite} → csb_org_{suite} (11 suites)

Changes:
- Renamed 20 benchmark directories + 18 backup directories
- Renamed ~660 run output directories (official/staging/archive)
- Updated 242 task.toml files (category/mcp_suite fields)
- Updated 228 task_spec.json files (mcp_suite fields)
- Updated 72 JSON config files (suite names in task arrays)
- Renamed ccb_metrics package to csb_metrics + all 17 import sites
- Updated DIR_PREFIX_TO_SUITE dicts in 7 scripts (added new entries,
  kept old ccb_ entries as legacy for historical run parsing)
- Updated SDLC_SUITES/MCP_UNIQUE_SUITES lists in 10+ scripts
- Updated startswith() prefix checks in 18+ scripts to accept both prefixes
- Updated 9 shell suite wrapper configs + sdlc_suite_2config.sh
- Updated all documentation (README, CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, 50+ docs)
- ccb_contextbench explicitly preserved (separate project)
- Migration script: scripts/rename_project.py
