Feature: visit counter

I really enjoy this design. However, as a non-expert of Javascript I land here with a simple question!
How would one implement a visit counter, either on a page loading or for a specific click on button? Do you have any heads up for this?

I have been reading this very nice possible implementation but yet I struggle to translate it to the current Portfolio setup.

you need to have your webpage on domain,then you can easily do it

I would say this is a better and simpler option.

didnt even remembered this issue, now as almost one year passed, i think you can use the solution mentioned upper, or save visitors in database.Good luck !
