Is it possible to use a different encoder and share it within different RTMP?

YouTube has higher bitrate so my use case was the following:

Twitch + Kick + Trovo = Get from OBS
YouTube Stream #1 = Use custom settings from the plugin
YouTube Stream #2 = Get from YouTube Stream #1
YouTube Stream #3 = Get from YouTube Stream #1

So instead of YouTube Stream #2 & #3 encoding again, it'll grab from the custom settings.
