setup.py error

Description

We want to install snmpagent into SONiC
Following the document, we did "setup.py" script, but we couldn't complete install snmpagent.

Describe the results you received:

admin@sonic:~/tmp$ sudo python3.5 setup.py install
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "setup.py", line 1, in
from setuptools import setup, find_packages
ImportError: No module named 'setuptools'

Could you share us the way how to install snmp agent software?

we use python 2 currently. I suspect we don't support python 3.5
