Basically, it's really annoying to setup everything manually, time after time, even if it is a one time dealio (generally). If we have some scripts that do this, that might be neat, or a wizard via the UI (you login as your GH user, select the org you want something deployed to, and it does it)

This is a nice to have thing for people who might use this project, but certainly not something we need right out the gate, so leaving it off of a milestone as a result.
