Adding SHA3 Keccak

Any plans to add SHA3 to the lockbox?  There is a version 5.3 implementation sample available in this repo:
https://github.com/philanc/plc/blob/master/sha3.lua

And I saw a couple of year old implementation in 5.2 on Lua distribution list.
