Handle Delete Operation?

Prior version of SolrMarc could delete records given a list of records IDs.
Determine whether this behavior is still needed in SolrMarc, or if not how to handle this operation.

For what it's worth, VuFind has always shipped with its own CLI tool for deleting records, so I think it is fairly unlikely that the VuFind community relies on SolrMarc for this function.
