Add some fields to catalog API #33

We need to add the following fields to the catalog API in order for it to match the format expected by webassemblyhub.io:

tags
coming soon

To generate install instructions, we need to add

(example) envoy config stanza
root ID

Consider #32 when adding these fields in order to avoid duplicating values across each version of an extension.
