There are two target classes for Organization shapes in the SolidOS repositories - foaf:Organization and vcard:Organization

Through curation of shapes from SolidOS repositories for https://github.com/solid/shape-generation-artefacts, I noted that there are two shapes for Organization that target different Classes foaf:Organization and vcard:Organization

@jeswr has asked if you can comment please with decision on which shape to recommend for use with Solid going forward
