Make uq available via Homebrew #5

It might be nice to be able to brew install uq and it get it working on macOS for those that don’t already have a Go environment set up.

I have never added something to Homebrew, so am unsure how big of a request this is. A very cursory Google search found this tutorial: https://tech.cars.com/distributing-your-home-grown-tools-to-the-masses-with-homebrew-acb7a62518a8

I had a need for this earlier today. I created a basic formula that can be installed with brew install nhandler/tap/uq. I will look into adding it to the default tap when I get some more time.

Now that I have a goreleaser action, we could add that as an output:
