Cleanup - old Goblin ELF parser (#551)

* Removes the dependency "goblin".
* Removes the adapter traits.
* Inlines the trivial implementations and such that have only one call site.
Moves the rest to other files.
* Dissolves NewParser.
* Removes std::borrow::Cow.
