[Feature]: Allow filtering of Queue list based on owner client

Feature Description

Provide an option to filter the queue list to only display queues with an owner value which matches the supplied client username.

Use Case

For customers with a very large number of queues, it can be advantageous to limit which queues are displayed to the user based on ownership.
