rebrand: rename project bird-plot -> dope-plot; prefix bird images with hunt-
- Rename the Python package bird_plot/ -> dope_plot/ and update every import. - pyproject project name and console script: bird-plot -> dope-plot. - Update README, docs, the in-chart footnote link, and the CLI description. - Rename the four corner bird images to hunt-<bird>.png and load them with the new prefix. bird-plot no longer appears anywhere in the tree.
