Why does it take so long to fetch & parse few text fiels?!

I need to profile this first.

Introduce distroinfo CLI: scripts/di.py

Provide `di.py` executable script which allows performing basic
distroinfo operations from the command line.

Useful for testing, profiling, scripting, telling --version etc.

It requires `docopt` library.
