Review and remove problems since top end of Hermes-Lite tuning range is 36MHz.

The Hermes-Lite does not support 6M as the max frequency is 61.44/2 MHz. At the least, firmware and software should be updated to people do not try to tune above the max frequency and become confused. At the most, there is nothing novel about undersampling to receive signals in the higher Nyquist zones, so it should be very doable. This is what the Hermes group is doing with a future rev. This would require firmware, hardware and software changes to support.
