TypeScript re-enabed eslint strict rules #33

I had to downgrade the @typescript-eslint rules because of an incompatibility with Nx.

With that downgrade the rules for

 [
  "plugin:@typescript-eslint/strict-type-checked",
  "plugin:@typescript-eslint/stylistic-type-checked"
]

had to be changed to just

 ["plugin:@typescript-eslint/recommended"]

It would be great to set the strict rules back in place again.
