Improve extraction for tilted spectrum

In 600 l/mm grating the spectrum is tilted and the identification routine is unable to identify it correctly, this is partially a design bias because usually the spectrum is well aligned with the detector lines.

For next engineering night we will request to observe a star for a long time so we have strong sky lines. To help understand the combined behavior of this setup.
