There isn't any proposal validation for ~8k space including 8 verified spaces, this make it easy for scammer to post proposals. We should enforce validation on space to avoid this.

I think this issue has been resolved on for snapshot.org. Not sure about demo. We could let it open for demo, and have periodic scrubber (demo data are auto-deleted after X days)
