Too many connections for database

When trying to use an AWS hosted database as the source and running snaplet snapshot capture, I get the following error:

This error originated either by throwing inside of an async function without a catch block, or by rejecting a promise which was not handled with .catch(). The promise rejected with the reason:

I don't have the same issue connecting to the database via other methods.
On a different project with exactly the same infrastructure I was able to capture a snapshot with no issue.
